This tutu is a big part of C's Halloween costume. Let's just say it was not love at first sight. She'll do everything in her power to not touch it — we probably should have went with a less fluffy version.

Developmental Skill: Claps Hands

And somehow (probably because all my free time is spent chasing after a busy little person) I missed posting a few of her new skills, like crawling and scaling the furniture!
Swim Class Take Two
